Our Company’s History

High Desert Maintenance Inc. began in the late 90s with a single locomotive rail clamp. Since then, we've grown from a one-person operation to a team of 25 employees. About 7 years ago, we expanded our business by constructing a new facility, allowing us to serve both the rail industry and the public.

At our new location, we started offering services such as aluminum boat repairs, minor structural jobs, and custom fabrication for local customers. High Desert has consistently reinvested in itself, adding new equipment and new enterprise to expand our capacity, now boasting a 16ft brake and shear as well as a state-of-the-art water jet that greatly enhance the quality of our service.

Furthermore, we acquired High Desert Custom Coating to streamline our operations and offer faster service to our customers. More recently, we also acquired RFP Plastics, solidifying our position as a one-stop shop for fabrication and industrial services.
